Since forming CXC in 2012, Ian and his team have been as focused on developing the profession that Customer Experience has become, as they have on helping their clients improve the experience for their customers. We want to help other people achieve their own personal goals, as well as the goals and ambitions of the businesses they work for.

Our position as an authorised resource and training provider for the CCXP accreditation allows us to guide and mentor individuals who aspire to develop their careers in the customer experience space.
