For years I have enjoyed reading expert reviews of restaurants, movies and theatrical productions. More recently, like many millions of consumers all around the world, I regularly read reviews of all sorts of things online – sometimes through formal routes such as Trip Advisor, sometimes through the informal routes of Facebook and Twitter.

In April 2014, I decided to create a review system of my own – specifically designed to review the Customer Experiences I have with brands that I interact with. Using a scoring mechanism created by me, I assess against 5 criteria – the highest score possible is 50. Every five points scored earns half a star – so a brand receiving 50 points will also receive 5 full stars!

The reviews are my personal opinion based on my experiences – you do not need to agree with me!! In all cases, my intention is to provide a balanced report of the experience that the brands involved and others can learn from. The reviews are in CX score order.
